How would you like to spend an afternoon slowing down, getting curious, and really understanding the nuances of some fundamental yoga poses?
I love to geek out on all the little pieces that make a pose come alive — the subtle shifts, the alignment cues, the transitions that make movement feel more connected and easeful.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
Everyone’s body is different, and there isn’t just one “right” way to move through the poses. And the way that’s best for you is the one that honors where you are right now. “In yoga, as in life.”
Together, we’ll discover what that looks and feels like, so that yoga does what it’s meant to do -- open us to new ways of seeing and being.
We’ll begin by centering and setting intentions, then break down poses workshop-style before moving through a full class using what we’ve learned — so the knowledge lands in your body.
I can’t wait to explore with you!
