Restorative yoga facilitates the down-regulation of our nervous system leading to true relaxation. It involves slowly moving into various poses with your body completely supported by props, allowing your body to fully “drop in” until moving into the next pose. Restorative Yoga is the perfect antidote to daily stress and busyness!
